It’s been a minute—actually, a little over a year, but who’s counting? I figured it’s time for a reintroduction and a quick life update.

​

Currently, I’m living and working in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, as a security guard at a resort on a US Military base. Yes, you read that right—security guard. (It’s ok to laugh; I still do.) I moved here in September with a few of my closest friends, and so far, it’s been a wild, wonderful ride.

If you know me, you know I’m not exactly the “outdoorsy” type. But living in this picturesque mountain town has pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best way. I’ve even been on a hike... Who would've thought.

For now, the plan is to stay for the next year and a half… maybe longer. Sorry, Mom and Dad.

These days, I’m either on duty at the hotel, hitting the slopes, spending time with the local cows, or embracing whatever unexpected adventures come my way. Life here keeps me on my toes, and I’m thoroughly enjoying it.
